NFL Picks for Week 12 - Buy Now ($9.99)
Picks are currently for: NFL week 12
NFL week begins: Tuesday, November 18th at 8:00 AM (PT)
NFL week ends: Monday, November 24th at Midnight (PT)
Number of games in this week: 16
You can see the full NFL schedule
here.
The general statistics in each membership are available as soon as
each week begins.
Our NFL Picks will always be up by 3:00 PM (PT) on Thursdays,
unless otherwise posted (we will post any changes here, on our
homepage, and on each membership page).
How does the purchasing process of your
subscriptions/membership work?: All of our memberships can be
purchased on the
Subscriptions page, which also contains definitions of our three
types of membership (Skinny, Deluxe, Works). Each membership has two
options:
- Single week subscription: Purchases one NFL week of
information from an ITN membership. NFL weeks go from
Tuesday-Monday. So for example if you purchase a subscription on
a Friday, your subscription will last until midnight on the
following Monday.
- Season subscription: Purchases all remaining weeks
(including playoffs) of information from an ITN membership. So
if you buy a Season Subscription before NFL week 2, you get 16
weeks of regular season NFL picks and statistics, plus the same
for the playoffs. If you purchase a Season Subscription in NFL
week 3, you would get Weeks 3-17 (15 weeks) plus the playoffs.
Purchases with ITN are made through the merchant
AlertPay. After successfully purchasing a subscription, we will
send you a User Name and Password within 4-6 hours that will give
you access to the membership you purchased.
How do you make your NFL
predictions?:
We start off with our two ranking systems,
Real Points
and
Win Grade. These are the base of our predictions. Our ranking
systems are designed to determine which teams are the best against
the field of all the NFL teams. So if each team played 31 games
against the other teams in the NFL, the number one team in the
ranking would likely have the best record, the number two team the
next best record, and so on. What we want to show that just because
a team is ranked number one, it does not mean it will always beat
the teams below it. We analyze specific matchups between the two
teams, combine this with what the rankings determine, and then make
our final assessment on who will win the game.
Where can I get a better idea of how your statistics work?:
There are a few places we suggest you take a look at. The first is
our sample
Works Membership page, which will give you a good overview of
how we put our statistics to work. Then check out the sample
Betting page, which is the ultimate tool we offer to help you
make money. We also suggest browsing our
Rankings and Records section, where we give our input on the
best and worst of NFL football since the Super Bowl era. If you want
to see how our stats and methods match up against common methods
visit the Ranking
and Prediction Comparisons page. Remember if you have any
questions about our statistics, open our
Legend page, where we define some of our common statistics and
terms that will be used throughout the season.
Do you make predictions for every NFL game?: YES! Every
regular season and post season game will have a prediction for it.
We don't discriminate on tough matchups, or with teams in the bottom
of the league. So if you're a die hard fan of team that is
struggling, and still want to place some money on the team you love,
we'll be there for you.
Does ITN have a goal for the 2008 season?: Of course we do!
We are striving to have a 173-94 record on all the 267 games of the
regular and post season. We have a few sub categories too, with our
goal for against the spread predictions being 142-125 (This is also
our goal for over/under predictions). We feature our Pick Six of
each regular season week, and our goal for those picks is 77-25.
